DELTA's open-pit mining contract with OceanaGold covers the Dinkidi ore body — the movement of some 47.7 million bank cubic metres of ore and waste. The mine is expected to produce 200,000 ounces of gold and 70,000 tonnes of copper concentrate per year.
Scope of Work
Clearing and grubbing, site preparation, drilling and blasting, loading, hauling and ore feeding, waste-dump and Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction, haul-road and drainage construction and maintenance, bench maintenance, and pit dewatering.
